Qualcomm's license agreements are proprietary but I have never seen anything that would lead me to believe they wouldn't allow Nokia to rebrand Telson's finished products without a license. I think the key here may be that Telson would have already paid full royalties to Qualcomm, why would Nokia need a license just to resell the handsets?

Other opinions encouraged.

The big news to me is that Nokia is admitting they are that far behind in the CDMA market.
