I'm of the opinion he has since Fidelity and Janus funds are two of the top 3 institutional holders.
I also notice that CREDIT SUISSE ASSET MANAGEMENT has been scooping up shares. Isn't Credit Suisse First Boston the lead underwriter in the Luminent IPO? Think they might know something more than you and I? I think (hope?) so. <g>
