How well does metastock handle sector analysis. I've used AIQ and the wonderful thing about it is that you can do great sector analysis. You can create sectors with sectors. For example you can have a retail sector and then 20 sectors within retailers. You can create your own ticker for each sector and build your own sectors. I am thinking about trying metastock out but wonder if it is as good at this type of analysis? The problem with AIQ is data maintenance is a chore. It sounds like meta's indicator building and scanning is easier to use and data maintenance might be also - but I need to use this type of sector analysis.
