I live in Cat country, like Caterpillar. Cat was giving such a good wage and benefit package that the last strike actually made them more non union than union. Ok, the strike is still on and 6 people have scab signs in their yards but cat is running, mostly with union people violating the strike. Most start at $18 per hour with $22 per hour in benefits. Start. Not bad for no investment.
