CIBC acquires 13.94% of Lucero shares Lucero Resource Corp LCR Shares issued 16,548,013 Sep 8 close $0.13 Fri 8 Sept 2000 News Release See Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CM) News Release Mr. Marek Dzieduszycki reports Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce has acquired 2,680,727 common shares (approximately 13.94 per cent of the issued and outstanding common shares) and 2,680,727 non-transferable share purchase warrants of Lucero Resource Corp. The purchase was approved by the Canadian Venture Exchange and has been made for investment purposes. Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce has no present intention to increase its control or direction over any additional securities of Lucero Resource Corp.
