I'm now certain that HOTY's Patricia is NOT the person in that Maricopa criminal case.

HOTY's form 10 says that HOTY's Patricia was 44 years old in 1999

Whereas the Maricopa Court criminal case was for a lady born in 1967.

Not a common name in Phoenix, but just the same, a twelve year difference in age proves that they are NOT the same person.

I'm glad to clear that up. We avoided wrongly identifying somebody.
