Dear Sonki, About the weight loss product, I am not familiar with that product, but did have some general opinions for you. I would suggest a different approach to weight loss, one that is similiar to a long term investing strategy. I would recommend sensible eating, a low-fat, low-calorie (however, not too low, about 1200, 1000 at the very minimium), do aerobic exercise as well as some kind of weights or weight machines (to build up muscles which uses more calories than fat tissue and raises your metabolism). drink at least 8 glasses of water and low sodium. (2400 milligrams). Sometimes these costly products do work, but in the past I have seen them very often have very bad side effects. Sometimes the side effects are not found out until it is too late.
