Mudsite is a private company. We do not have access to their financials.If the burn rate is too high they will have to seek more financing or try raising cash through an IPO. After they have fleeced the lambs and the sheep and farmer too if they are still having cash flow problems they can declare a chapter seven.
And no I do not think ITE could get their cash back at this time but that is just suposition on my part.
Why not phone Jim and ask?
