That's exactly the way to treat this, Elect, and that's exactly the way I've tried to phrase it. It's rumor!!! However, if I was a shareholder I'd want some answers. Here's why.

In a large block of land such as Flag has, there will be a few areas with good geological structure. That's where efforts are normally concentrated. Other areas are acquired to round out the package even though it's known they'll likely have little merit.

If the rumor is correct, Flag dropped a structured area they recently drilled. This is odd. Regardless of drill results, it rated as a target area. One hole does not mean nothing is there. If anyone should know that it's Flag shareholders who regularly see holes reported as close but needing just a little wedging or deepening.

There are several possible answers. Perhaps it was an error by Flag. More likely, perhaps they wanted to shift assessment credits elsewhere. If so, the question is how long can they hold all their other land. I don't know that answer but if I was a shareholder I'd be looking for it... and a few others.

Regards,
Bob
