Wheaton River basically in good shape -
Management has been getting this company in pretty good shape and there are a lot of very positive things happening
- the heap leach pad is ready to go
- a contractor has been selected and is ready to start loading the leach pad
- a settlement was negotiated with the local Indians to involve them in the project contracts
- the financing for putting things into production is secure
- Wheaton sold off some other stuff to put them in good financial position
- a drilling program is underway on a new area that they found last year
- some other drilling is also planned
- gold is sold forward to ensure a cash flow
- I think they are also setting up a second heap leach pad
- if they pulled a couple of good assays out of their drilling program, this could be over a $1 pretty quick
