Prior to seek other info, we must look at the 10q of Nov, 1999. In which the company stated that their selling price is based on the COMEX average selling price of copper/pound, regardless of labor content.

This kind of company policy or contracts they have signed puts the entire company into a gamble on the copper futures which was manipulated by Japanese copper manufacturer.

Making profit by renegotiation of contracts or by using another pricing method would immediately change the fortunes of this company.
