Proxy Flyer tidbits: Just reading thru the proxy flyer and noted two things: 1) the Board voted to decrease the options that non-employee board members receive on an auto-pilot basis...something like a change from 160K to 40K for the initial option grant My take:Long live the shareholders!-- it's about time--these board members must be drowning in $ 2) page 3--profile of directors We are more in bed with Cisco than I ever imagined. Seems Larry Carter (VP of Cisco) now joins Don Valentine as Board of Directors at Cisco. Ahem. Also of very interesting note is that Carter sits on the Board of Directors for QLogic. XXX
