"It's unbelievable to me that the CDMA report didn't move Q's stock price." It's the same old story. Most investment analysts/portfolio managers have so little understanding of the technology that they are unable to react to technology based information. A typical investment analyst is about 30 years old, trained mainly in financial accounting, and unable to grasp technology of any sort. What is really unbelievable to me is that any investors seriously follow these recommendations.
