Tom,

As most are aware, there has been a fair amount of insider buying over the past 1 to 2 years. In your opinion, has anything changed fundamentally within the company that would lead you to believe the 'insiders' have made a bad investment? Has something happened that senior execs could not foresee, or are we acting too hastily when some believe the ship is sinking? I applaud management for reacting to what Andrew Grove of Intel would call a 'strategic inflection point'. And by that I mean making a decision to adjust their business model so they can achieve economies of scale down the road. This was a proactive move, and the fruits of this effort may not materialize for a few quarters. My question to you - is there enough financial juice to make it through this critical juncture in the company's history? I look forward to your thoughts.
