I would suggest to you that without querying about their reasons for disposing of 1/2 of their stake. It is rational to assume that they acted like you or I might. they are in it at probably around $4. It is probably a much larger portion of their small cap portfolio that they envisaged.
If they did not like the stock anymore they would have sold all of it. That is my interpretation. But I did not buy it because of wisconsins and I am not selling it because of wisconsin. I own it bacause the company is executing rather well right now and the street generally rewards company's that can execute consistently.
