Keep in mind that HITT did not say it "will" acquire HOTY, it said it "plans" to. After all the male bovine excrement of the past, I won't even consider believing anything this company says until it shows up on an audited SEC filing; even then I want to verify it for myself. Dorian says: "Hitsgalore.com is also in the process of increasing the number of its authorized shares and preparing to file a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission to complete the acquisition." The "process" includes a shareholder vote. I don't think DR will do that. So I predict this plan will go the way of Foley, LFT, and just about every other forward looking statement this company has ever made.
