davidd - thanks for the referral - I found some interesting articles on the drillers thread that deal with the topics of limited refining capacity and limited availability of tankers.

I'm still undecided on how to interpret recent events. It will be interesting to see how the market reacts tomorrow to today's OPEC decision. It's difficult to tell whether the sky is indeed falling or whether we are just experiencing some momentary bad weather.
