What do you think? Is this the death knell for DDR? The death knell is for RMBS. I was wondering how RMBS was going to pay for all these lawsuits especially if it loses. So I checked out its financial statements to see exactly what its profits have been this year. I WAS BLOWN AWAY!! RMBS has lost $$$ this year...not made $$$. And they lost big time....$1.68 per share in the first three quarters of this year. AND this is with a Gross Margin of 77%....even Intel doesn't have a GM much above 62% or 63%.....but still RMBS can't make $$$. I guess all those attorneys must be costing a bundle. I hope you didn't bet the ranch on RMBS. I mean, I hope you diversified like Abbe Cohen tells us. I would hate to see you default on your SI membership fees and lose your posting privileges. Exactly how much are the hourly rates for RMBS's attorneys....must be pretty steep. Good luck! ted
