Bryan, management inherited the debt from previous management, not their fault but unfortunately they have to deal with it. I have no doubt current management is fighting hard to revive the company finance. It's an uphill battle as it stands now. What they have done well is changing the business model to adopt to new trend and way of doing business in the IT industry, and that will transcend the company if new financing can be secured by the end of year.
