The recipe I am looking for contains shrimp and mushrooms in a white or cream sauce which contains provolone cheese, to be served over rice or pasta. Seasonings include chopped sauteed onions, chopped sauteed bell peppers, garlic, and herbs and spices. I can find lots of recipes without the provolone, that's what's got me stumped. But the person I am trying to find it for is dead certain that the recipe contained provolone.
