Did your friend have this somewhere? I just checked my Italian cookbooks- but can't find it. I spent this morning's jetlag (woke at 5) reading French recipes. I have to have 12 people for dinner in a couple of weeks - a reunion of the barge group. And they are all gourmet cooks. I warned them. Hoping someone else would volunteer, I said I was going to have Spam night, but they said they were eager to see what wines I offered with Spam. Haaaaa- box wine. What else?
