During the conference call Jim Tobin mentioned that itemus must record the "book value" of the investment, not the "actual value" of the investment. He stated that the book value was approx. 50 cents per share, where the actual value was around one dollar per share. Typically this stock should be trading around 3x to 6x book value. If the true value of investments at this stage is one dollar, we are only paying a 20% premium for a stock with a lot of potential. I agree with Jay....this is a mid to long-term stock.
