rruff, let me make it clear that those were not my suggestions and that I posted it merely to answer the questions that sommovigo had been asking so persistently. I do not endorse any idea that will slow down the free flow of information and opinions. I disagree with the premise that a licensed individual should not be allowed to publish his or her opinions anonymously, and that such publication is de facto evidence of manipulation. i believe the compelling interest in restricting the speech of licensed individuals is wrt the influence that having the license gives to the person. By publishing anonymously, that influence is de facto abrogated. Regardless, an individual who accepts licensure has accepted being regulated at a higher standard than unlicensed folks.

To implement your plan wrt unlicensed individuals is plainly a violation of the 1st Amendment. Try to come to grips with your anger towards folks who disagree with you concerning the price of a security.

Regards,

Barb
