*A new video firewall gateway product is launched by ACCD tommorow. Look to pick this stock up before the news if there's no release before the market opens.
* RealMoney.com is calling for a technical breakout by NT following last week's sell-off.
* Market maker stocks in play. GS to pay around $7 billion for the Spear Leads. Announcement on deal is imminent.
* Ask your better half how to play the designers convention in New York this week to introducte their Spring 2001 lines.
I haven't a clue as to what designer is hot.
* Gambling stocks will be releasing news from the Northern Gaming Summit. MBG, Harrah's Entertainment, Hilton...
* ROM is being courted. BLTOY and NRMLF are competing but the stock price may already be near the deal price.
* Tuesday JDSU, MDT, RMBS, VNTR will meet with analysts.
* Also on Tues. AKAM, NPLI and IISX see their IPO lockup restrictions expire. Short or are these stocks beaten up enough already ? News releases are likely to support expected insider selling.
* Thursday, MSFT is expected to launch Window's Millennium Edition.
Other than the above, indoor tennis season starts tomorrow, I have a hair cut appointment on Tues., a PTA meeting on Wed., etc. etc. etc.....LOL!!!!
