it does compete in the same space as other b2b integrators and is generally considered by most technical people to have the superior solution. I really think they are missing the A2A "integration modules". This is the software that says "put a PO into SAP", without you (as a developer) having to know ABAP. Have you used the product? If it does in fact have an adapter library into all the ERPs then I agree it is worth more than the valuation currently.
