GaBard, You might want to check out Taglish Brothers as they have upgraded CNTY from Speculative Buy to Buy. It is a very positive article. Did Not up the target from $4.25 or earnings for this year and next year. Although it mentions the ships or the Caledon projects are not included. it mentions a possible upgrade on earnings in the event they work out. Also mentions they started getting Caledon revenues from the hotel for the last Q. which bodes very well for the possible fact that Caledon will become a major asset of CNTY. Don't wait to long....Steven
