They had 12 openings. I talked to a black woman who told me I wasn't qualified. I needed a high school diploma. Had one. I needed 2 years of college. Had three. I needed to have been in the service. I had an honerable discharge. Finally she said I had to be a minority or a woman. She got me there. They hired 12 white males. I never pushed it and started investing. Probably live all the better and might have gotten shot dead. I have mixed feelings though.
