Another CC case study would be interesting. TECD or perhaps another non-tech stock might fit the bill. Sounds like you had ROST called away anyway, no ?

Have you put together a summary of your various transactions with ROST ? It would be enlightening (or at least interesting) to see how your various plays worked out. For example, were the cheap upstrike calls profitable ? How often did you do your "dippity do" thing ? What if you had just bought and held the stock? Inquiring minds want to know ...
