Mr. Ray McManus reports
Paving the way for women to easily access and manage their personal
financial and investment information on-line in one secure, convenient,
central location, 724 Solutions and MsMoney.com will join forces to deliver
access to a consolidated view of Web-based accounts to MsMoney.com's
customers.
LiveClips, an enhanced account aggregation offering from 724 Solutions that
enables financial institutions and financial portals to deliver a
personalized Internet experience to customers, will form the centrepiece of
MyMsMoney -- a new personalized on-line financial management service for
women.
"MsMoney.com is about giving women the tools they need to improve their
financial health and simplify their lives," said Tiffany Bass Bukow,
founder and chief executive officer, MsMoney.com. "We selected 724
Solutions' LiveClips because not only will it enable us to tailor account
aggregation content to complement and enhance our new MyMsMoney service, it
provides real value to our users by creating one secure, personalized
location where they can access the information they need to help manage
their busy lives."
Powered by the LiveClips personal summary tool, the "My Accounts" selection
on the MyMsMoney page will offer users a secure, top-level view of their
personal account information such as bank and credit card balances,
incoming E-mails, airline frequent flyer mileage, investment portfolio
value, and certain other specified information in one easy-to-access
location. Users will also have the option to access more detailed summary
information with a single click.
"Internet-based solutions like MyMsMoney provide time-pressed women with
the resources they need to maintain control of their finances," said Greg
Wolfond, chief executive officer, 724 Solutions. "LiveClips's one-stop
access to a depth and breadth of content represents a significant value add
for women seeking an easy, time-efficient way to keep track of the
information that is most important to them."
Backed by financial institution-grade security, LiveClips enables the
MyMsMoney service to allow users to tap their existing customized directory
of more than 1,300 sites, and allows for the future addition of sites
geared toward women. Users can also take advantage of the secure, single
log-in feature that eliminates the need to remember different user IDs and
passwords for on-line accounts.
MyMsMoney will be available to users in the fall of 2000.
