I firmly believe it's essential that we have a broadband promise as driver in the market for the market to proceed with any amount of breadth, since I feel it's the next big think. We had the net, and the ambiguity of the promise of not knowing what it will be, but we knew it would be big. Now we have an idea of what the net is, but that is the net at 52k, now we need another promise with ambiguity attached to it, which is broadband access for the masses to be the driver. At least that had been my thinking, so this slow down hits right at the heart of my thinking.
