i've watched the management longer than 2 years. i saw them miss a product cycle, but other than that haven't seen any truly drastic errors. they've developed and purchased a LOT of technology--much of which is currently actually producing revenue. they've been able to catch the attention of JNPR, Kleiner Perkins, Fidelity, Janus, PBHG, Banc America, CS First Boston....need i continue? if the window of opportunity shuts that quickly...well...let's say a LOT of very smart people are going to be wrong about the direction of telecommunication.
