SCADA question

Sorry if this has been asked and answered, but does anyone know QCOM's production schedule for producing SCADA modems? I presume that QCOM is the only manufacturer of G* SCADA, but clarification on that would also be appreciated. Also, will pricing be reasonable (I realize that the market is corporate, but pricing of equipment will matter)?

I think that SCADA can give a decent incremental boost to G* (anything helps now), but since (I think) each modem won't be using the G* system very often on a daily basis (a couple of 1-2 minute bursts of data per day?), we'll need 10,000s to make a meaningful impact on G*'s MOUs. (10,000 * 2 MOU per day = 600,000 MOU per month).

Sorry if my assumptions are incorrect; any help / corrections much appreciated!
