If he had stated that it would work even through conductive layers,
then it would immediately have been exposed as a scam. The skin depth is still proportional to the square root of the conductivity.
But with high transmitted power and clever signal processing, you can see pretty deep. It's just that Dr Stamm claims to see an order of magnitude deeper than all his competitors. I can't prove that this is impossible. However, he has the chance right now to prove that it is possible.

Let's hope he knows what he is doing.
