The FCC has mandated that wireless services install subscriber location determination technologies by Fall, 2001. It's still early for Vicinity's ramp, but at a market cap under $300 million they're giving this company away, IMO. Here's a recent AT&T Wireless/SignalSoft announcement about location services: biz.yahoo.com
