NEWS: SETO Announces the Signing of a Distribution Agreement with WORLDTRADE PNT Sdn Bhd for India September 11, 2000 11:09 AM Eastern Time BRIARCLIFF MANOR, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 11, 2000--SETO Holdings, Inc. SETO today announced that it has signed a MOU (Memorandum Of Understanding) with WORLDTRADE PNT Sdn Bhd as the exclusive SETO distributor of our Telecommunications product lines in the country of India. Gene Pian, President, CEO of SETO Holdings said, "the first product to be launched by the end of September 2000 will be the SETO Internet WEB Browser with additional SETO telecommunication devices to follow shortly after. All products are to be sold under the brand name of "SETO"." Mr. Lee Swee Leong, Marketing Director of SETO Technology DOT COM Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of SETO Holdings Inc. and Mr. Nyana Segaran (Michael) Managing Director of WORLDTRADE PNT Sdn Bhd are forecasting sales of 10,000 units (approximately $1.7 million USD) of the SETO web browser within a year. Minimum orders are 2000 units. Other SETO products, such as the MP3 Player and the Flexible Keyboard will be launched shortly. As previously mentioned in the Lucent Microelectronics / SETO news release we are expanding the Telecommunications products throughout Asia as fast as possible and expect to be in South America by the end of this year.
