LevelRed Announces First International Franchise: LevelRed Espanol
SAN DIEGO, Sept. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- LevelRed, Inc., an international new-media aggregate and portfolio company of Zandria Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: ZAND - news), today announced its first international licensee: LevelRed Espanol.

``The LevelRed model has been validated in the Southern California region and LevelRed Espanol will lead our international expansion,'' stated Douglas Foxworthy, CEO of LevelRed (PRNewswire Sept 6,2000). ``The Latino market is one of the most exciting and explosive emerging segments in the world today, and LevelRed Espanol represents a massive revenue potential not only in licensing and merchandising but also in its overall potential revenue streams. Revenue is our focus and LevelRed Espanol is viewed as one of our crowning achievements in establishing world-wide LevelRed franchises via the LevelRed International Division.''

Federico Martinez was appointed as the Director of LevelRed Espanol. For the last 10 years Mr. Martinez has developed and produced Hispanic-targeted advertising and marketing campaigns for Coca Cola, Bacardi, Colgate-Palmolive, Pizza Hut, Hitachi, and Xerox. Mr. Martinez is a partner in the Southern California Hispanic production company Moviment, a successful new media production company that specializes in television, web design, and motion graphics for the Latino audience.

``I am very excited to bring LevelRed to the Hispanic community,'' said Mr. Martinez. ``I have been meeting with CEOs and marketing executives of major corporations who are very interested in the Hispanic marketplace. This is a very underutilized revenue source that is not being addressed by anyone in the way that LevelRed Espanol is going to.''

Mr. Martinez worked with Pepsi Cola in the implementation of ``Grass Roots'' promotions programs for the Hispanic Market. His responsibilities included the promotion of Pepsi products of Mountain Dew, Shasta, Pepsi and Frappaccino. As a former producer for Channel 17 KDI-TV San Diego Mr. Martinez created and produced entertainment TV shows for the Hispanic audience and production and design of the station's on air image. He founded and operated a Modeling Agency focused on the representation of Hispanic models and talent for feature films, commercials and TV shows.

LevelRed Espanol plans to offer real-world events, a comprehensive internet system, television, and radio to the Hispanic market throughout the US, South America, and the Spanish-speaking European countries. LevelRed USA is also in negotiations to license its trademarked system to other territories throughout the globe, via its LevelRed International Division.

Headquartered in San Diego, Zandria Corporation specializes in developing innovative portfolio companies such as LevelRed and LevelRed Espanol.
