Thread- As most know, I follow last mile specialist ANTEC Crop(sym:ANTC) very closely. Recently it's been taking one of it's regular beatings. So I put in a call to IR and IMVHO, I don't understand the beating. I posted my notes at:http://www.siliconinvestor.com/readmsg.aspx?msgid=14362793 If thinking about investing in ANTC, realize it's extremely volatile in spite of being fundamentally sound. A weird combo.

What's of most interest to Last Mile investors is the apparent success that ATT is indeed having with using the MSO coaxial cable plant to connect directly to their customers with circuit-switched cable telephony. As of today, they have 300,000 local subs. -MikeM
