J.F. (and Robert Evans) J.F.: I'm with you--I don't understand where the opportunity lies. If PHOX and DTEC merge, and PHOX is worth 10X DTEC, holders of DTEC will probably get 1/10 of a share of the new stock for each share of DTEC as compared to a 1:1 swap for PHOX holders. (IMHO). Any clarification from Robert yet? Knip
