We are now within spitting distance of the NDX rising line on the wider timeframes. I will be looking for deals on calls when we are testing this. Have not done a review of today yet, but I do not see any inter-market factors that lead me to believe that we have the weakness to fall through this line.

On the subject of CSCO, *that* does have implications. If it goes to $50, which it looks to want to do now, then we will lose another leader to the same dumper than QCOM and MSFT live in.

Seriously, I will be an aggressive buyier of CSCO sub-$40.
