Dr Gleitman: What I'm planning to do if given the opportunity is sell 6 contracts of RMBS Jan/Feb calls ... regardless of the 'normal' volatility -- rather, the FUNDAMENTAL uncertainty underlying RMBS because of legal ramifications -- I want OUT. If I'm not 'given the opportunity,' will likely bail at a loss.

For now.

It's interesting to me, anyway, more 'patent lawsuits' appearing all over the place ... i.e. SNDK ... it doesn't surprise me, as I've worked in high tech 18 years in TX ... patents are the lifeblood of tech innovation ...

What's interesting <LOL> to say the least, is that I'm now invested in companies that live or die by patents ... I used to take a rather passing, 'intellectual interest' in writing about this or that patented technology for my clients ...

Watching the impact of lawsuits AS A SHAREHOLDER brings a wholly (or would that be 'holy' ... or both? LOL) new perspective to the issue of proprietary technological development.
