Hello Eliz,

I was there in 1979 when silver exploded in the $10-$20 range, then $50... and I saw Equity silver moving from a few box to near $100. I have the long term in mind and think silver will move in the double digit again.. in this decade.

So I am holding BAY from the $0.50 level for the long term. Cause with $10 silver, BAY's net asset value is $22. At $20 silver, its NAV is $56.

At $10 silver, BAY will have profits of US$50M+ per year net after taxes in its first 3 years of operations.. That will be near C$4.50 per share on a fully diluted basis of 16-17 millions shares.

So I would much prefer they develop Alamo Dorado. These guys are intelligent and know who they need to hire to get the job done. However, management will consider any reasonable offer. At the moment some confidentiality agreements are signed...

Time will tell how this story ends up.

Claude
