Q could better avoid any future lawsuits by avoiding making *any* news release at this point. The Chinese have merely made statements and no contract has been signed. I think it would be foolhardy for a company whose stock as been essentially manipulated to make a comment on something as speculative as a statement. Perhaps when contracts are signed, payments made, and China has no means to go back on their promise, would a company like Q make any comment.
As they say, buy on the rumor and sell on the news. This is still "rumor" and the opportunity to sell on the news is there.
