Zengine Opens Office in Tokyo, Japan
  FREMONT, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 30, 2000--Zengine, Inc., the Internet subsidiary of MCSi, Inc. (Nasdaq:MCSI - news), announced today the opening of its office in Tokyo, Japan. The office will market Zengine's comprehensive suite of technology-based solutions in the Asia-Pacific region.

  Mr. Dhadphale will manage the day-to-day operations of Zengine's Tokyo office. He also produced the launch of Netscape Netcenter Japan. Prior to that, Mr. Dhadphale was a member of CNET's international business development team that secured relationships throughout Asia and the Pacific Rim.
