Mishedlo, Have you noticed how grossly uninformed Mu investors are on the details and ramifications of the rambus/micron legal disputes ? I wouldn't buy Mu stock at 50, 40 or 30. I can't see how appleton will keep his job. His business decision have been based on PURE egotism. You would think he is 4 years old. Micron could have chose a win/win stratigy and been way a head in next generation memory w/ intel paying the start up cost. Instead, appleton double crossed intel and has put micron's entire lively hood in jepordy. Even if mu caves in tomorrow they are years behind now. I predict Appleton will be fired.
