Morning Chipper today is the cycle low date for this time frame...my downside on the NDX ala Carpino is 3610-30 area...it just broke his 50% retrace yesterday... as for the NAZ i don;'t see those numbers Chip..i think we'll still see a higher low at 3700-50 area on P&F...same on the NDX at 3600..we have not violated any areas on P&F as yet... the rally however, any rally, should be shorted till something changes here...seasonality suggests much lower numbers for stocks... the semis have NOT bottomed imo...i have sold all rallies like last Thurs and yesterday...it was a very profitable move...warnings are coming into to this sector..PRIA yesterday KLIC last week...downgrades of INTC and MU whose both charts look like much lower numbers to me shortly... so if the semis are moving lower, the NAZ will to... i don;t think Chip we'll see 3500 NAZ by next week...i like the 3700-50 area for support... while i will play the bounce long..i'll short all resistance areas quickly..this has been very profitable so far... i follow the SPX and it looks like 1480ish is good near term support...it broke thru 1491...but not by much...and the downside is 1471.00 today if it might get there, which i doubt.. so if the lows are today, then we watch the magnatude of the rally to acertain what if any meaningful change has occured... i am still bearish right here, and fully believe we'll buy stocks at much lower prices come Oct... glad to see you hear.. my regards OJ
