Outstanding find, Charley. The Otero County actions fit right in with problems we have in the county where I live. This county is about 80% owned by the national government, and poor as a churchmouse because of all the restrictions on use of those lands. I'm really glad to see that at least one board of commissioners has the fortitude to stand up and do something. I sure wish them luck. jim
