why are you looking for a reason?

there is no reason that ARIBA is at 36 billion market cap.
there is no reason that Commerce One is at 12 billion market cap.
There is no reason.
They (ARIBA AND COMMERCE ONE) use among other things,,,ALLR products to drive their sites,,,There is huge upcoming competition going forward,,,and the costs of development are going to drop....and i think this will benefit the nuts and bolts providers of these sites,,,I think the fat times for the developers are a thing of the past...they won't be able to demand the same development costs because of all of the out of work developers...and i think this will benefit the nuts and bolts providers of these website infrastructures,,,,when i can put up a BIG fat server and power 50 or 60 or 200 workstations with a 486 processor and a modest amount of ram...and have those guys run the site for a HUGE MIPS machine,,,,and not have to pay all that hardware and or software costs,,,and not have to pay the developers the big bucks,,,because frankly they don't deserve to be payed that kind of big bucks....well....the landscape is changing,,,and in spite of what morgan stanley wants to tell you with their ARIBA hype...and in spite of what the other brokers want to tell you with their Commerce one hype,,,,the landscape is changing,,,,and their isn't the huge mystery that powered Commerce one to the Gains that it had last year....And this is all a big joke....and nobody is even telling you that.... |
