BUENA PARK, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 12, 2000--Go Online
Networks Corp. (OTCBB:GONT) Tuesday announced they have reached
an agreement to acquire 100% of the outstanding stock of Net Strat
Inc., based in Albuquerque, N.M.
Net Strat is a development stage Internet Strategies Co., with
substantial cash assets.
Joe Naughton, chairman of Go Online Networks said, "The
acquisition of Net Strat furthers the long range growth strategies of
Go Online Networks and will position our ability to acquire other
acquisition targets." Naughton added, "The company's securities
attorney's are in the process of completing appropriate SEC filings to
finalize the transaction and exchange of shares."

paying with cash or credit card and can surf the World Wide Web or
send and receive e-mails. Additional revenues can be obtained by
selling screen saver and banner ads.

Shop Go Online Division

Shop Go Online (www.ShopGoOnline.com) is an e-commerce business,
offering a wide variety of consumer products for purchase online. Many
products are displayed using state-of-the-art streaming video and
