Actually, no one is happy about the situation, but what you have said is nothing new. The important thing is that the removal of uncertainty. Sure, the former insiders will likely to be sued b/c of their trading activities. My impression is that the former auditor was trying to close the backdoor in its resignation letter. The real questions would be what did it know and when did it know about it. If I weren't an investor to begin with, likelihood is that I wouldn't be bottomfishing. Personally, I would caution anyone who is currently not an shareholder to stay away. This market has a lot of fallen angels. Unfortunately, I am a shareholder. So, the question is, should I dump my holding at any cost? These are 2 very different scenarios.
