No, it's less than honest.

Posting a set of downgrades by a web site as "massive downgrades" is less than honest.

I would take "massive downgrades" to mean that multiple major brokerages have downgraded.

In this case, NO brokerages downgraded.

Now, I'm not saying that only major brokerage analysts matter. I'm just saying what most people would understand "massive downgrades" to mean.

He should at least own-up to the fact that his prediction about today's NASDAQ action was dead wrong. To be fair, though, I'll give him till the end of the day...
